Sometimes writing your thoughts down is therapeutic. I’ve been all up in my feelings while social distancing so I’m releasing some of my thoughts here. Plus, I consider myself full of work from home tips and am sharing 3 of them with you in this post.
Thoughts from Quarantine:
So many people going through hard sh*t right now.
Getting furloughed.
Getting laid off.
Fear of losing their job.
Taking pay cuts.
Putting life plans on hold.
And it’s coming from left field with no warning.
Close your eyes and take 3 deep breathes. It doesn’t feel ok right now but it will be ok soon ❤️
COVID has made me realize that you can be blessed with good health, solid income, and a safe home but still be mad and sad about the ramifications of COVID. It can still negatively impact you – even when you know others have it worse. We have to remind each other that it’s ok to not be ok. And let’s remind ourselves to check in with friends and family often.
Work from Home Tips:
If you’re still struggling with being productive while working from home here are 3 work from home tips to be productive:
- Set up a designated work space. Don’t let it be your bed or the couch.
- Get dressed! No pjs because you’ll be more inclined to Netflix and chill 😂
- Wake up at the same time as you normally would. If you sleep in, you’ll feel like it’s the weekend!
Oh, and still wash your hands as much as you would in the office 😁
